Ray Amm, here at Iom tt, was adversary and friend of Rod Coleman coming in Mons but he not rides. In 1953, in SPA after the practice, my father says to Ray: can I back to the paddock on rear of your bike? Ray says ok and everybody are surprised to see Ray going to the raidillon, the father's beret flies like a bird and a few minutes later, Ray returns in the box with a passenger livid who was had the fear of his life, but it's nice memory! I remember that one person take a photo of this scene and one day, I hope that I will see this one thanks to you who read this text!!!         SUITE                     NEXT
Ray Amm, ici au tourist trophy de l'ile de Man, était l'adversaire et ami de Rod Coleman; est venu à Mons mais n'a pas couru. En 1953, à SPA après les essais, mon père lui demande de rentrer au paddock avec lui sur la Norton et à la surprise générale, il s'élance vers le raidillon avec mon père qui en avait perdu son béret alpin.Quelques minutes plus tard, il revient au stand avec un passager livide qui avait eu la peur de sa vie; mais quel souvenir!
